New York-based Asymptote Architecture studio has completed work on a hotel in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates). This hotel Yas, which is designed as a two round towers, connected by straight steel bridge with a glass roof. The building has recently opened for public visits (after the pre-opening during the Grand Prix Formula 1 “, which was held in Abu Dhabi in late October.



Yas is a hotel complex of 85 000 square meters, which includes 500 rooms. This is a matter of pride and ambition of the architects of investors who have invested here 36 billion dollars of profit from the “Formula 1″.


Asymptote embodied in Yas his architectural tastes, focusing on ancient Islamic tradition of folk art, as well as trying to convey in the form of the speed and rapidity of movement.
